3) Unplug the high-pressure dampers.

4) Remove the cylinder head cover (1), and the cylinder head cover gasket (2) and O-ring (3). As shown in Figure 24.

install

1) according to Figure 25 shown in Part A sealant coating, will be O-ring (2) and cylinder head cover gasket (1) mounted on the cylinder head cover (3).

“A” sealant: 99000-31110

Note: Before installing , be sure to check whether the degradation of these parts or any damage, if there is bad, should be replaced.

2) will be installed in the cylinder head cover cylinder cover, as required tightening torque cylinder head cover bolts. As shown in Figure 26.

Tightening torque

Note: When installed cylinder head cover should be careful not to make the cylinder head cover gasket or O-ring or the location does not fall.

3) for high pressure dampers (1). As shown in Figure 27.

5) Connect the battery negative cable

· intake manifold of the crank force ventilation (PCV) valve hose (4)

Remove the fuel from the fuel oil supply pipe for the hose (1). As shown in Figure 33.
